1. After your payment is completed, our staff will contact you via WhatsApp and assist you until the end of your tour. If you do not receive a message within 24 hours, please reach out to us (Menu → About → Contact Us).
2. Each vehicle can accommodate up to 4 passengers and 8 pieces of luggage. When booking, please select the number of vehicles, not the number of passengers.
3. Transfers are available between Incheon Airport and your accommodation, and vice versa. Please note that the accommodation must be located in Seoul.
4. For airport departure services, the driver will be waiting while holding a name card with your name on it.
5. Please make sure to provide the following information:
- Accommodation name and address
- For airport departure: flight number and arrival time
- For accommodation departure: arrival terminal number
- Cancellations made up to 7 days before the designated date are eligible for a 100% refund.
- The standard to calcuate date and time is Seoul, South Korea in north-east asia.
- If the cancellation is due to company internal reasons, a 100% refund will be provided.
