1. After your payment is completed, our staff will contact you via WhatsApp assist you until the end of your tour. If you do not receive a message within 24 hours, please reach out to us (Menu -> About -> Contact Us).
2. The guide will meet you at your accomodation at 9:00 AM. If you wish to adjust the pickup time, please inform in advance.
3. Infants (0-2years) are free of charge. Please do not add them to the number of participants.
4. The schedule may be subject to change due to local conditions, weather, or traffic.
- Tickets are 100% refundable up to 7 days before the reservation date, but refunds are not possible 6 days before or on the day.
- The standard to calcuate date and time is Seoul, South Korea in north-east asia.
- If the cancellation is due to company internal reasons, a 100% refund will be provided.
- In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this occurs, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
