The refund policy for the Korehalal Trip app is as follows:
- Cancellations made up to 2 days before the designated date are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Partial cancellations are not allowed.
- Unused tickets cannot be refunded.

The duration of the Nanta performance is approximately 100 minutes.

What is the minimum age for attending the Nanta show?
Children 12 months and older may attend (without occupying a seat). However, children aged 36 months and older must purchase a ticket to enter.

I lost my ticket. What should I do?
Holders of a performance ticket have priority entry. admission is not allowed with reservation information alone. Please be careful not to lose your ticket. For more information, please contact the Nanta Call Center (Tel. 02-739-8288).

How do I collect my ticket after booking?
You can pick up your ticket at the theater's ticket office starting one hour before the performance on the day of the show.

Taking photos, recording audio, or video during the performance is prohibited as it infringes on the performers' image rights and the copyright of the performance. Additionally, it can disrupt the performers and the viewing experience of other audience members, so these activities are not permitted.
