Are Korean cafe desserts safe for Muslims?

Salam everyone, me and my sister are visiting Korea next month and honestly we are so excited for all the cute cafes and bingsu we keep seeing online. But we are a bit worried, do the cakes, macarons and bingsu usually have gelatin or alcohol like rum inside? Back home we always check the label but here we cannot read all the Korean writing. Is there a way to know which cafes are okay for us, or do you just ask the staff directly? Any halal-friendly dessert cafe you can recommend would be amazing, jazakallah khair.
