How to fit a K-drama filming spot day into a Seoul trip?

Me and my sister are going to Seoul end of August for 5 days and she really wants to see filming spots like Cheonggyecheon and the Deoksugung stone wall road. My worry is we spend the whole day walking with no plan for lunch or Maghrib, then get tired and give up halfway. Is 3-4 spots in one day realistic if we only use subway? And for those who did this already, did you manage to find somewhere to eat and pray near those areas, or you go back to Itaewon every time?
